Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy to ensure fairness and respect for both parties, this is a brief overview but the full policy is listed on our Policy Page. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a $25 fee. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (including arriving more than 15 minutes late) will incur the $25 fee. One reschedule is permitted per session, subject to availability, and additional reschedules will incur the $25 fee. No refunds will be issued for cancelled or rescheduled sessions; instead, the paid amount will be credited towards a future session. If you consistently cancel or reschedule sessions, we reserve the right to refuse future service and terminate any ongoing agreements.
